Take 95 North to exit 7 in New Hampshire. Take a right at the bottom of the exit onto Market Street Extension. Follow 9/10 mile, take a left onto Bow Street. Go through two stop signs. This puts you on State Street. The Rosa Restaurant is almost directly across the street.
From Portland, ME to Portsmouth, NH
