Gender Equality Committee Breakfast Justice Hicks Receives Hollman Award NH Supreme Court Associate Justice Gary Hicks was presented with the 2012 Philip S. Hollman Award at the Gender Equality Breakfast at the Midyear Meeting on March 7. Guest Speaker Hon. Susan Carbon Judge Susan Carbon, director of the US Department of Justice’s Office of Violence Against Women, was the guest speaker at the breakfast.
