US DISTRICT COURT - NH JUDICIAL SECRETARY
This position needs a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to readily adapt to fast-changing priorities in a small-office setting to provide administrative and secretarial support to a federal judge. Accuracy and attention to detail in grammar, spelling, punctuation and proofreading are a must; familiarity with federal courts' Case Management/Electronic Case Files System (CM/ECF) is desired. A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience as an executive secretary to a judicial officer, lawyer or other high level executive dealing with law-related matters and strong working knowledge of computer applications is required. Starting salary is $44,140 - $48,753 depending on qualifications and experience.
