Megan joined Sheehan, Phinney, Bass & Green, P.A. in 2011 and has been a Shareholder at Sheehan since January of 2019. Her practice focuses on business litigation and involves representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of disputes before state and federal trial and appeals courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrators, and in mediation. Typical litigation matters include employment, zoning and land use, insurance coverage, contract, and tort disputes. Megan has appeared before numerous local land use boards, and has represented clients in matters pending before the New Hampshire State and Federal Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is also trained to serve as an outside investigator to institutions of higher education in Title IX and other student conduct cases.
Megan has been recognized as a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers as well as one of the Best Lawyers in America, both for her work in Business Litigation.
Megan is a member of the NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire Board of Directors, and currently serves on the Board’s Executive Committee and as Chair of its Resource Development Committee. She is also a member of the Manchester Regional Board for Waypoint, and serves on the New Hampshire Board of Bar Examiners.
Megan graduated magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire School of Law as a Daniel Webster Scholar, and earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. Megan lives in Hollis, NH with her husband, Tristan, their two sons, Max and Oliver, and their two cats, Eugene and Kevin.
