3 STEPS

Pay NH Bar Association Dues and NH Supreme Court fees

Complete an online Trust Account Compliance (TAC)/ IOLTA form.

Complete the process to meet the NH Minimum Continuing Legal Education (NHMCLE) requirements using the Attorney Reporting Tool (ART) at www.nhmcle.org.

NOTE: Licensure for most members will require these three steps; some member statuses will not require all three.

1 DEADLINE

The deadlines for the three steps of annual licensure were synchronized with a date of July 1st. New Hampshire Supreme Court assesses delinquency fees on August 1.

1 PLACE

Members can verify the completion of the three steps for Annual License Renewal by consulting the compliance section of their My NHBar Portal in the password-protected “Members” area of www.nhbar.org. The My NHBar Portal will provide alerts and messages regarding deadlines.
