To join the NHBA Lawyer Referral Service Full-Fee and/or Modest Means Program, you must:

  • Be a member in good standing of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
  • Carry up-to-date professional liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000.
  • Submit the membership application
  • Pay $100 for Full-Fee Program, No charge to join Modest Means Program

Join LRS Full-Fee Program and Build Your Client Base and Work with Clients Who Can Afford Your Customary Fees

  • Receive pre-screened clients in your practice area.
  • Join for only $100/year and 10% of net collected fees ($100 application fee waived for attorneys in their first year of practice.)

  • You choose which cases to accept and set your own fees.
