Boutique Laconia law firm seeking full time litigation associate with 1-5 years of experience to assist with various types of civil litigation.  As we are general counsel for approximately a third of the municipal governments in New Hampshire, our practice necessitates appearing for bench proceedings at the Superior Court and District Court levels, as well as the occasional jury proceeding in the Superior Court.  No specific municipal experience is required, and no book of business is required or desired.  This position will begin by working closely with our partners in the office and then transition to a more independent role as appropriate, with possible flexibility to work from home on a limited basis.  We offer a competitive salary, 401(k), health insurance, dental, vision, and short-term disability, as well as a collegial environment of seasoned attorneys and support staff.  Interested candidates should send resume and cover letter to laura@mitchellmunigroup.com.
