The New Hampshire Bar Association is pleased to welcome George Moore of Devine Millimet into the role of Executive Director for the organization.
“Following an extensive search process, we are very excited to have George Moore assume this important leadership role,” said David McGrath, President of the NH Bar Association. As a distinguished New Hampshire lawyer who has served as President of the New Hampshire and New England Bar Associations, George has the experience, diligence and vision necessary to lead the Association at a time when the legal community is experiencing rapid change and challenge.”
Moore, a prominent NH attorney with experience representing a variety of clients large and small, notes that he is anxious to start the work of supporting the wide range of NH practitioners.
In an address to members at the Bar’s recent annual meeting, Moore expressed excitement to embark on this new chapter in his career, looking forward to working with bar members, the courts and NHBA staff to ensure that the association continues to be as responsive as possible and stays relevant to members’ lives and practice.
Moore will replace Acting Executive Director, Denice DeStefano who postponed her retirement to fill the position last year.
